Family Pictures!

My super talented friend took some family pictures of us in Ogden and I love them! It was such a perfect fall day and the location was beautiful! The kids actually did pretty well. Ryan was some work but we got a lot of cute pictures of him and the girls smiled when we told them to but not the most natural smiles but we will take what we can get!

Such a stud! He totally posed like this by himself!

That is a total Lydia face!

No problems smiling when he is with daddy!

How did I get so lucky?!

Fall Fun

Fall is such a fun time of year and we did our best this year to fill it with lots of activities. It was a little crazy with Jonathan's, Abigale's, and Lydia's birthday plus Halloween but that makes it even more fun!
Jonathan's parents came down and watched Abigale play soccer (she even scored her first goal while they were there!) and the weather was so beautiful we decided to go to a pumpkin patch! It was so nice because for the week the nursery by my house was doing free hayrides and free pumpkins. We thought it would be packed or have awful pumpkins but they had tons of great pumpkins to choose from and it was not very crowded! After each kid picked out a pumpkin we headed to lunch and of course had to get ice cream for Abigale since she scored a goal! It was such a fun day!

A few days after the beautiful day at the pumpkin patch, it snowed. A lot! Lydia made it to about 8:00 before she had her snow clothes on and was out in the snow. I am glad she took advantage because it hasn't snowed much since.

Ryan enjoyed it from inside!
Some friends talked me into running a 5 mile race a few days before Halloween. I had never run more then 3 miles before but I worked out enough at home I figured I could train for a month and be okay. It ended up being so much fun! I realize now why I always hated running and thats because I always ran by myself. Running with friends is so much more fun. For the month before the race a few of us met every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 am and ran a few miles working up to 5 miles. It was really early at first and very dark but I soon got used to it and it was so nice to workout and be home and showered before anyone woke up. It has since gotten too cold but we still meet some days and do workout videos in our church gym! It is awesome!
The whole crew!  I love my neighborhood!
As part of running the race, my whole family was able to get into Black Island Farms for free. This normally would cost my family over $20 so it was such a great deal. After Abigale's soccer game we headed over and many of my friends and their kids were there that had also ran the race so we all had fun hanging out.

You cannot find a slide high enough or fast enough for him!

Fall Break (and a few extra cute pictures)

When both girls did not have school for a week, I was pretty excited to have them home but knew that they would get bored really quick so after a few days of playing at home and with friends we decided to make the trip to Pocatello to see my parents. It was such a fun quick trip and also a nice break from our regular routine!
We helped my mom decorate her house for Halloween which my girls absolutely loved doing but not as much as Ryan loved destroying it all. There was a jar full of eyeballs and Ryan was obsessed with them and was always finding ways to sneak them. Once we would get them he would throw them all over the house! Boys!
Trying to sneak the eyeballs!
My mom had a pasta making machine that she wanted to try out and we were happy to help her. It was fun and really good!

Woke up to Papa, a beautiful sunset, and blueberry pancakes. Perfect morning!
Cute random pictures of cute kids!
Abigale's school picture! It turned out so cute!
He is such a cool boy!

Love them!
